1st LTT Activities Meeting in Thessaloniki, 18-22 November 2019
ERASMUS+ 2019-2021 KA229: 
«Totalitarian Past and Democratic Present: Lessons for our Future»

The first LTT Activities Meeting of the schools that participate in our program has been successfully completed. 19 students, accompanied by 8 teachers from Italy, Romania, Poland and Spain, have come to Thessaloniki and the 1st Peiramatiko Lykeio of Thessaloniki “M. Andronikos” in order to attend a rich program of activities.

The first day of the program has started with presentations of the participating schools and their cities, as well as with ice-braking activities (constructing maps, ostracism game), so that students could better know each other. After these activities the students had the chance to present their work about the topic of the meeting, that is the causes of the rise of totalitarianism in the past and in our days, through Power Point presentations, posters and short videos. The students were “tested” on the knowledge that acquired through a Kahoot knowledge game. The program of the day ended with two more activities in the classroom, a Biology and a Language game, through which students had the chance to discover the common elements of our languages.

The first meeting of the Erasmus+ Program «Totalitarian Past and Democratic Present: Lessons for our Future» will take place in Thessaloniki from 18-11-2019 to 23-11-2019.

Vote for the Logo of our Project
ERASMUS+ 2019-2021 KA229: 
«Totalitarian Past and Democratic Present: Lessons for our Future»

Today,25/11/2019, the vote procedure for the Logo of the project was successfully completed. Each one of the partner schools has selected through internal procedures its Logo suggestion. These Logos were set to a vote procedure: a team of 20 persons from each school (teachers and students) voted for the Logos of the other schools. According to the following final results the Logo of the Project will be the Greek one, created by the students Efstathia Koniari and Manos Kokokiris. We congratulate all the students who created Logos for the project!

1st Coordinators Meeting in Madrid
ERASMUS+ 2019-2021 KA229: 
«Totalitarian Past and Democratic Present: Lessons for our Future»

The coordinators of the schools that participate in our Project have had a meeting in Madrid (3-6/10/2019). In this first meeting they had the chance to meet each other and talk about the implementation of the Project. After a short tour in the hosting school (IES Newton Salas, Villanueva de la Torre), the coordinator of the Project, Mr Salonikidis Dimitrios, showed a presentation about the Project and the teachers talked about important details related to the works and activities that have to be done, the schedule of the LTT activities and the dissemination of the results of the Project.
